The Division of Finance is responsible for an array of centralized financial functions of the University. Our various departments are responsible for administrative services that support financial accounting and disbursement activities, research administration, external and internal investments, cash and debt management, risk management and student registration and financial aid. http://www.finance.upenn.edu/default.asp
Disbursement representative will initially rotate within both the AP and Payroll teams before moving over to a project resource. Rotations will include training of all aspects of the team’s processes and systems. Both rotations will end with a help desk lead role. Once moved on to project work, this role will focus on team improvement projects and special initiatives and will include staff-led projects needing support and participation on larger University-wide projects.
High School diploma or GED with 3 years to 5 years of related experience required or equivalent combination of education and related experience, are required. Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Business, and 3 to 5 years of experience preferred
