As a part of Human Resources Information Management, this position will be the oversight of several HR projects and technologies. including existing and new applications and processes. The position will work closely with the Director of HRIM as well as the management staff in Human Resources to support the needs of the department. The position will be responsible for managing relationships with several vendors that provide services and outsourced applications to the University. This position will also be responsible for coordinating with central computing (ISC) regarding applications that Human Resources owns but does not directly maintain. This position will also be responsible for data analysis and programming using data analysis tools, T-SQL and C# as well as monitoring and managing many data feeds between systems, including those that are automated and some that are manually executed.
A Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing projects as well as managing vendor relationships. The candidate must have excellent skills in working with data using T-SQL. Programming experience is required, with experience in C# and .NET preferred. Experience with Workday and Microsoft Azure are strongly desired. Experience with Human Resources systems is strongly preferred.
